Empowering Amateur Riders and Their Families
The EquiCan Academy was created to help families avoid costly mistakes by empowering both amateur adult riders, and new young riders (with their parents), by giving them the educational and practical tools required to be an ethical, confident and super rider.
Our courses are designed to guide you (and/or your family) through the journey successfully. From just starting out with horses, to learning the foundations of horse handling, effective care and proper riding.
Step 1: Buying your horse/Pony - We guide you through the vital preparation stages, avoiding overwhelm or buyer's remorse.
Step 2: Then follows the joys and trials of horsemanship and maintenance care, that you must understand to keep your new best friend happy and healthy in the short and long term.
Step 3: Progress faster through the training levels with our customised mentorship program. Your new skills will develop & flourish effectively using our advanced tutors to guide and support you every step of the way.
Step 4: Prepare your body and mind for the fun of competing in any discipline. Be one step ahead of the curve using innovative research, established techniques and a huge range of knowledge at your fingertips. Step 5: Establishing the partnership with your horse. Giving you the best chance for positive long term health and wellness with our physical activity and Mindbody programs.
